Yoga = Union with God. Oneness. Yoga is a state of being. Jivamukti Yoga is a strong practise and yet, she is holding the space soft and feminine. Allowing the students to merge into ’’Pushtimarg = the Path of Grace’’ with ease. I wish to spread the Yogic lore, the graceful path towards enlightenment and increase sensibility.
