Karen has taught at Jivamukti NYC and Jersey City and select studios in NJ until she moved to Western New York in 2017. Karen currently teaches at Eight Limbs Wellness Studio in Lakewood, NY, Yoga Underground in Dunkirk/Fredonia, Chautauqua Institute NY, and JCC in Jamestown, NY. Karen tries to come back once a month and teach in NJ at AMP in Springfield and True Definitions in Martinsville NJ.
