In her classes Katharina blends vibrant asana, intentional hands-on assists, relatable teachings, alignment and music to create a grounding and uplifting experience.
Through the integration of challenging asana and spiritual practice Jivamukti yoga has given Katharina a playful way to get her out of her head and into her body, providing a balancing force to the hectic city life, reminding us that we are all connected.
She started her yoga journey in 2010 curiously exploring various different yoga styles until her move to Berlin in 2011 led her to Jivamukti. After spending countless hours on the mat Katharina completed the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training at Omega in 2015. She is currently studying with her teacher Rima Rani Rabbath in New York and about to complete the 800hr certification. When in Berlin she practices with her mentor Moritz Ulrich and can be found teaching at Peace Yoga.
Katharina is also at home in the digital world, where she investigates user behavior to create design strategies and meaningful user experiences.
