I was born in South Korea, Seoul and grew up in Germany. My parents adopted me when I was 6 month old. Life unfolds. I studied Communication Design and work as a Freelance Art Director in Berlin. Since 2006 I’ve been practicing different methods of Yoga. With Jivamukti Yoga I found what I love. By now it fills a large part of my life and truly satisfies me. Yoga has given me the confidence to connect with my past and my future. And after all: To myself. In 2019 I attended the Jivamukti Teacher Training in Costa Rica and start JTAP soon.
