“I travelled the world and the seven seas. Everybody is looking for something.” –Annie Lennox In my life journey I’ve always been looking for authentic smiles and wondering eyes in others. The reason I love Yoga is that it brings you in contact with your authentic power and the wonder of life. There is no greater miracle machine than our human body. I also love to play and to be playful, because I believe playfulness is our strongest means in learning new skills and abilities. I had when I was 13, my first Pranayama training from the Sikh people in Amsterdam. With my spiritual master Osho, I’ve studied different meditation techniques at his ashram Pune, India. Hatha Yoga was part of the curriculum of the Art School in The Netherlands, where I got my Certificate of Drama in 1990. I’ve studied many styles of Yoga from different schools and traditions including Ashtanga, Sivananda and Tibetan Yoga. I’ve had the privilege to be educated by Master Yoga teachers as Andre Lappa, David Life, Paul Grilley, Sharon Gannon, Sri Pattabhi Jois and Frank Jude Boccio. I’m a graduate of the Pure Yoga teacher training programme, Taipei 2007, and a graduate of the Jivamukti Yoga teacher training program, New York 2009. I’m passionate about two things Yoga and Art. Three things Josephine my wife, seven things our children, a thousand things all the remarkable people I’ve met. One thing… life!
