She has been teaching yoga in Prague since 2019, though her connection began much earlier. She remembers exploring asana as a child through a book of poses for kids.
From a young age, she felt a natural closeness to living beings and a quiet sensitivity to the world, instincts that later resonated with yoga philosophy.
She fell in love with the Jivamukti Yoga method because its pillars naturally integrated all the aspects of yoga she had already cherished. In 2022, she completed the Spiritual Warrior Teacher Training, and in 2024, her 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training.
She honors nature’s rhythms, holding space for students to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the earth. Yoga, for her, is lived—when she can share what it does for her, it fills her with gratitude and joy.
