Kseniia discovered Jivamukti Yoga in 2016 in NYM Yoga (Moscow, Russia) and felt how it gave her incredible experience: movement to music, discipline, balance, and a constant strive to develop beyond the physical and mental limits of the body.
She spent 10 years building a career as a lawyer in Russia, but in 2022 she moved to Vienna, Austria and decided it was the right time to do what she really enjoys – teaching Jivamukti yoga. In February 2023, she graduated 300 Hours Teachers Training in India in Govardhan Eco Village.
In her classes Kseniia draws on the experience of her teachers from around the world: Anna Lunegova (Russia), Olga Oskorbina and Mitch Burnett (Spain), Ruth Lauer-Manenti (USA), Conor Burns (France), Yogeshwari (Switzerland) and others.
Based on the Jivamukti method, Kseniia opens a space for self-understanding and growth for practitioners in her classes. She is currently based in Vienna, Austria and teaching Jivamukti in English and Russian.
