I came to Jivamukti Yoga almost by accident — and stayed because it changed everything.
As a former ballet dancer, I had spent years away from movement when I walked into Patrick Broome’s Jivamukti studio in Munich for a beginner’s class. What I found was more than a physical practice: movement, breath, music, philosophy, and spirituality woven into one powerful experience.
That spark led me to complete the Jivamukti Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2014, followed by an apprenticeship in New York in 2015. My passion for the philosophical roots of yoga later took me to LMU Munich, where I earned a BA in South Asian and Buddhist Studies in 2020.
Today, I move between two worlds — yoga and aviation — and bring both into my teaching: groundedness and movement, discipline and freedom, ancient philosophy and modern life.
