Born in Amsterdam in 1978, Lizzy started practicing yoga after finishing her studies at the University of Amsterdam. She practiced different kind of styles but when attending the Barcelona Yoga Conference and following workshops with Patrick Broome and Heeki Park, she had the feeling of coming home. After masterclasses with Sharon Gannon in both Barcelona and Amsterdam in 2015 she was finally sold, combining both a spiritual practice and a physical practice! In May 2016 she had the privilege to complete the 300h Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training at Omega, New York. Lizzy currently teacher at Thrive Yoga Amsterdam and she would like to thank her teachers Sharon Gannon, David Life, Emma Henry and Camilla Veen for all of their teachings.
