Gosia began her yoga journey as a way to rehabilitate a knee injury after many years of contemporary dance, and quickly fell in love with the practice. She has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga since 2020 and discovered the Jivamukti Yoga method during the pandemic. With no Jivamukti classes or teachers available nearby, she chose to pursue the path of study and immersion.
In 2024, Gosia completed a 75-hour Jivamukti teacher training with Olga Oskorbinowa, Mitch Burnett, and Nathalie Wahlberg, followed by a 300-hour Jivamukti teacher training in India in 2025. As one of only a few Jivamukti teachers in Poland — and the only one in her region — she is deeply committed to building community (satsang) and sharing the teachings with as many people as possible.
With a background in communication and a strong interest in neuroscience, Gosia weaves mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and clear intention into her classes, creating a practice that is grounded, embodied, and accessible.
