I started practicing yoga in 2002 in Moscow, Russia. In 2007 i moved with my family to NYC, USA where i started to practice Jivamukti Yoga and hot yoga. When I returned back to Moscow, I opened the first ever hot yoga studio in Russia in 2010.

Since then we have opened several successful yoga studios in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. However, Jivamukti Yoga was my love so in 2014 I was lucky to take the Teacher training 300 hours with Sharon Gannon and David Life at Omega Center NYC.

Nowadays, i am an owner of yoga studio “One Yoga meditation” where we also teach Jivamukti Yoga with certified teachers. Each year I come to spend time with Sharon, David, Rima Rabbath in NYC. I am so happy to share my experience and knowledge with students and also to help them to grow, to be compassionate, to be healthy and happy every day.
