Mariana had her first contact with Jivamukti yoga while living in Germany, in 2014. Getting back in Brazil, she decided to explore more the expressions of the body, being part of a contemporary dance group and circus.
She became passionate about the mind-body-soul connection, and has joined many workshops and experiences in the past years to deepen her knowledge about how emotions can create diseases and also how to find your way back to health. This is also the reason she’s training to become an Ayurveda therapist.
In 2020, she took the Jivamukti Teacher Training and is currently on the JTAP program.
She has also been trained in Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Dance.
