Before discovering yoga, Marius was already exploring breathwork, practicing the Wim Hof Method as early as 2016.
He first stepped into a Hot Yoga class in 2017 and spent the following year exploring various yoga styles. In late 2018, he took his first Jivamukti Yoga class – an experience that deeply resonated with him and marked a turning point in his journey.

In 2019, Marius traveled through Asia for a year and completed both a 200-hour and a 300-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in India. He spent two months practicing yoga in Bali. What started as a form of physical therapy for old skateboard injuries gradually transformed into a meaningful lifestyle and spiritual path.

Returning to Berlin in 2020, Marius began practicing Jivamukti Yoga regularly and taught his first public classes at Hangar 1 in the former Tempelhof Airport. Soon after, he started offering open-air classes in Berlin parks.

In the fall of 2020, he began studying special education and biology at Freie Universität Berlin. In 2023, he completed the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Teacher Training in Berlin with Moritz Ulrich and Niklas Brantschen and began teaching Spiritual Warrior and Open Vinyasa classes at YogaFutura in Neukölln.

At the beginning of 2025, he deepened his commitment to the Jivamukti path by completing the 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in India.
