Medyna’s yoga journey begin in 2015, when she was searching solace in her life. Her first Jivamukti yoga class is in 2017 with Arif Sentosa in Jakarta, and it was an instant love, she was fall deeper in love when she attend Jules class in Namaste festival and later taking Jules’s 3 days immersion class in Jakarta. Ever since she is a regular practitioner in Jivamukti classes back home.

In 2025, Medyna completed 75HR teacher training in Bali with Anna Lunegova, Conor Byrnes and Yuri Ogawa. Later in 2026 she took 300HR Teacher Training in India. Medyna believe that everything will come at the right time. She manifested this training since 2018.

She didn’t try to find the method, but Jivamukti find her. She believe that Jivamukti method are gathering those holy beings with the same energy, the same vibration, through compassion, wisdom and love to all beings.
Now, Medyna is eager to share the teachings that she received from her teachers to others on and off the mat.
