I’ve been practicing yoga since my teens and have experienced first hand its healing effect, it is a joy and absolute honour to share these sacred teachings. My approach to classes is holistic, including mantra, pranayama, meditation and yogic philosophy as well as creative sequencing of asana. I teach yin, restorative, hatha, Jivamukti and Lotus Flow yoga. I hope to provide for students the missing link between the mysteries and wonders of yoga and the asana. I continue to explore my own spirit through the practice of Babaji’s Kriya Yoga and hope to empower and inspire students by sharing the knowledge I gain.
