Nahdi has studied the Healing Arts since early youth. Double majoring in Dance & Psych was a stepping stone to creating a movement repertoire within the NYC fitness industry; ultimately leading to an in-depth studies of Yoga at Jivamukti NYC in 2007. As an 800hr certified teacher, She is blessed to have worked personally under the tutelage of Sharon Gannon & David Life. Her musical dexterity brings a live, authentic, vibration to each class. In studying Mantra Meditation & Sacred text, she was drawn deeper to the ancient teachings of Ayurveda, The Science of Life. Currently a Reiki Master, she is still a student in the art of healing. “There is something Sacred in cultivating a Healing Experience for one who seeks it.
