I stand at the intersection of the eastern mind and western psychology. My background in Contemplative Psychology & Buddhist Psychotherapy, Depth Psychology, Somatic Therapy, Psychedelic Therapy, Indigenous Medicine Traditions, Gestalt, Yoga, Bodywork, Ayurveda, and Dance informs all of of the work I do. As a former core teacher at the flagship Jivamukti NYC school, current faculty member of Esalen Institute and Naropa University I am invested in the longterm relationship of being both teacher and student.

I am passionate about working with individuals in discovery, and is committed to curiosity, yours and mine. Based in Boulder, with frequent returns to Los Angeles I offer virtual and in person sessions.
