I started yoga in my adolescent age, as I was recommended by a doctor to practice Therapeutic Yoga in the wake of an accident.
Later I began to become more interested and learn different styles with different teachers, I was very curious to feel what each of them contributed to me.
After 4 years of practice I decided to start training as a Yoga teacher.
I studied different lineages, including Hatha Yoga as a solid foundation, Therapeutic Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Raja Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama. My passion and interest in this philosophy led me to study in India and Asia repeatedly, where I practice and train to this day.
From there I highlight my deep interest in Pranayama and Bhakti Yoga.
I currently dedicate my personal practice to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga where I try to meet with my teacher Sharath Jois, KPYAJI in India and with my Pranayama teacher O.P.Tiwari Ji from the Kaivalyadhama school.
Within my day to day as a yoga teacher, my great passion is to assist and transmit, especially in private classes, for super beginners and advanced.
I teach Jivamukti, Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes mainly. They awaken almost from the beginning a great intuition for the flow combining conscious breathing, strength, elasticity.
Currently, I divide my time between Spain, Ghana, India and Asia where i have in Ghana also a yoga studio.
The studio in Accra, called Accra Shala Yoga, is a place for the practice of pure yoga, forming a great community in this country. Classes are taught daily by teachers from around the world and different cultures.
I often visit this place to give and direct masterclasses and Integral Yoga workshops. I am also a founder of the Ghana Yoga Project, where every month I share the knowledge of Yoga with volunteers through different activities in schools to children, adolescents and adults without economic possibilities. I am also building a school for children ages 2 years to 16 years where i plan to provide all of their structure needs.
