I’m a life-long student of yoga I started practicing yoga in 2000 and I have been practicing since then. I did my first yoga teacher training of Vinyasa yoga in Israel in 2004. On 2021, I did the 75 hr SW Jivamukti teacher training in Barcelona and then continued to the online 300 hr teacher training. i teach spiritual warrior classes and jivamukti open classes in tel-aviv.
