Nora Lim is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Advanced Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, Heart of Sound (Mantra & Nada), Pre/Post Natal Yoga and Anti-Gravity Yoga teacher. She is also a Level III Reiki Tummo practitioner and certified in Traditional Thai Massage. Nora is presently based in Chennai, India. With immense gratitude to all her teachers and the teachings of Yoga, she is humbled to be able to share her practice on and off the mat in service to all beings. Nora offers group and private classes, retreats, workshops and teacher trainings internationally.
