My first yoga experience was in 2010 and I felt that I had finally found somenthing so big and so strong to capture my interest. After my first jivamukti yoga class, two years later, the sensation was so complete, emotional and significant, that I felt like I had experienced the real sense of yoga. In 2016 I completed my 200hr Vinyasa Yoga in Rome and I opened my own little, lovely yoga studio in my town, close to Rome. After 1 year and half of teaching experience, I deeply wanted to share with my students the same sensations and journey that I walked trought jivamukti yoga method, so my dream came true and I became 300hr Jivamukti Yoga Teacher in India in Feb 2018. Paola gives classes in her studio named “Gayatri yoga room” in Civitavecchia, next to Rome, three times for week and cooperates in organising workshop and immersion with national and international jivamukti yoga teachers.
