Purnima Maria Langen has been teaching yoga for over a decade. She has taught at Jivamukti Yoga NYC, Jivamukti Yoga Jersey City and the Philippines. Her classes combine intense focus, sweating your prayers, humour, and tranquility. Purnima is also the Events Manager at Jivamukti and she welcomes suggestions for future events and workshops. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, she received her B.A in Communications and Asian Studies from Mills College, Oakland,CA.
