Since completing my teacher training in Rishikesh in 2014. I was inspired to combine my love of yoga with traditional indian classical music. Being by the river Ganga and walking through the streets hearing the sounds of the Mantra and traditional music, struck a sound deep within me. Prior to that I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and have practiced many various forms of yoga but the one method that I had a deep connection with was Jivamukti. I was lucky enough to complete my training at the Govardhan Eco Village, Maharashtra in India. Being inspired by the ancient teachings of yoga and Bhakti Yoga resonate within me and lights up my soul. Yoga is much more than a physical practice and the realisation of the Oneness of being is the goal of all yoga practice. I’m a firm believer that the universe will conspire and make things happen for you, if you truly with your heart want to do it.
