I practice yoga daily – on and off the mat – and am inspired to teach because I want others to enjoy the benefits for the mind, body and soul. I practice all aspects of yoga – starting at the age of 11-years as a vegetarian (and now vegan) and then finding a long-term asana/pranayama/meditation practice at the age of 19 while at university.

I instantly felt like I’d found my connection as I enjoyed being able to move freely with a calm mind, without judgement, and as my true self in a warm and welcoming yoga community. The benefits have helped me throughout life particularly with my posture, busyness, and breathing.

The longer I practice, the more layers I discover from yoga philosophy, chanting and Sanskrit, to restorative and therapeutic yoga.

In coming to my yoga classes, students always receive a warm welcome and a practice that feels right for them – whether that’s to feel more challenged, empowered, relaxed, clearer in mind/body, and/or a part of the yogi community. I’m inspired by my own Jivamukti teachers, Andrea Kwiatkowski and Jac Godrey.
