Rikke is one out of a few Jivamukti teachers in Copenhagen. Rikkes is used to taking the seat as a teacher, simply because it’s in her DNA. For many years she taught dance, gymnastics and music to kids and teenagers and later became a school teacher. After traveling seven months alone in Asia and Australia, she completed the teacher training in India (2017), which gives her the opportunity and great privilege to pass on the teachings from her teachers Sharon and David, but also to combine all the things she loves: Movement, breath, yoga philosophy, dance, gymnastics and not at least music, which has a big place in her heart. Rikke is also a singer and music teacher, so she always shares her love for music by chanting mantras with her harmonium.
