Rosa is a 800-hour certified Jivamukti teacher. She currently lives in Cabo de Gata natural Park (South of Spain), where she combines her passion for the oceans and marine life with her yoga practice. For over two decades, Rosa has worked as a scuba diving instructor and a communications and environmental consultant. At Jivamukti Yoga Barcelona center, she discovered the experience of interconnection that leads to a more aware life, developing joy and equanimity.
Rosa lives this interconnection on a daily basis, being deeply involved in ocean conservation and water management, while also deepening her yoga practice. She is also a trauma informed yoga teacher (Radika) and attends yearly meditation courses and retreats.
She is grateful to all her teachers and mentors for the doors they have opened. Spreading their teachings is her daily objective.
