I grew up in the UK highly influenced by my Aunt who practiced mediumship, tarot and my first yogic practice, Meditation. Alongside my admiration for her wisdom, losing my beloved mother at age 13 sent me deep into an ongoing spiritual journey.

Shortly after at age 16, I started to travel meeting my first Yoga teacher in the South West of France whilst on a surf trip with a friend. I became like a sponge, deeply absorbing this beautiful world.

My practice strengthened, leading me to my first Hatha Vinyasa teacher training in Bali with the Santosha Yoga Institute. In that moment, it was everything I desired and allowed me to gain the confidence to start teaching straight away.

After few years of traveling around the world and sharing Yoga, I felt that I was ready to learn more. My musical interests were born from growing up as a multi-disciplined dancer lead me to Berlin where I took my first Jivamukti class with Anja. I signed up to the immersion with Yogeswari the same day. Following the immersion and a beautiful time in Berlin, I traveled to Costa Rica to take the 300 hour teacher training. It was one of the most divine experiences of my life and I am so grateful that the universe lead me there.

Returning to Europe, I made many big decisions that changed my life forever, I finally let go of a relationship that was holding me back and I organized my first Yoga retreat with my best friend, where we offered Jivamukti Yoga.
Despite the students being dedicated and well practiced Yogis, they were in love with the teachings of Jivamukti Yoga and we were so inspired to continue sharing them.

Through the divine, we were lead to teach at Leela Dasi’s stunning Lotus Shores in Siargao Island, The Philippines. It was by far my most proud experience as a Yoga Teacher. Some of my students had been practicing Yoga for longer than I had been alive! Traveling from all over the world, many owned their own schools or facilitated teacher trainings. Jivamukti was what they sought out and although Leela was away on a training, she left us with the beautiful community, her harmonium and her wonderful students who raised us up so high. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity and the welcoming family of Lotus Shores.

I have been so grateful to teach in many other magical studios but have finally come to settle in France, where I took my first classes, now ready to start my own Yoga School. I’m currently working on my website whilst teaching private classes and planning retreats for next summer. My journey towards sound is blossoming and I am dreaming of completing my Sound Healing Certifications very soon.
