I have been practicing Yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2004. I am based in Matlock, Derbyshire in the UK and I teach a range of weekly yoga classes, weekend workshops and retreats, including residential weekends in the UK and week-long retreats abroad. These very successful events have been held in Turkey, Morocco, Italy, and Spain. I am a fully qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and a Yoga Alliance Senior Tutor. I have taught the BWY Foundation Course Levels 1 and 2, and teach the Pure Light Yoga School Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour Teacher Training Course. I continue to study and expand my understanding and knowledge of yoga by completing specialist training courses such as: BWY Children’s Module, BWY Pranayama module and BWY Philosophy module Sarah Powers’ Insight Yoga Institute, Yin Yoga Levels 1 and 2 Gravotronics Aerial Swing Yoga Jivamukti Teacher Training. I am passionate about Jivamukti having been a keen student of the Jivamukti method for many years, and I completed the 300-hour Teacher Training in February 2018. I love to encourage others in the joys of yoga and to share the wonders of Jivamukti.
