After several trips to India I found myself on the mat in the Jivamukti Studio Munich and realized that I did not have to go far to find inner balance and a positive relationship to my environment. In 2015, I did the 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training with Jules Febre and Lady Ruth at the Govardhan Eco Village in India. In 2017, the apprenticeship in Munich followed with Zuszsanna Villanyi. I am grateful to be part of the Jivamukti family, thankful that there is yoga, and I love to share it with others. sthira sukham asanam (The connection to the earth should be steady and joyful)
