Stephanie was born in 1986 in Munich. At the age of 25, she found herself in a deep search for meaning — no longer willing to live a life shaped by others’ expectations. This search unfolded over several years, guided by the longing to live in truth, alignment, and connection. Her path eventually led her to Kundalini Yoga in 2018, and one year later to her first 200-hour yoga teacher training.
The discovery of Jivamukti Yoga was a turning point. It felt radically different — and deeply right. The method’s fusion of spiritual practice, ethical activism, and devotion resonated immediately. Through Jivamukti, her entire perspective began to shift. It invited not only personal transformation, but a commitment to living in a way that benefits all beings.
She feels deep respect for the teachers she has practiced with in Munich, and for the community that allowed her to grow and deepen her own understanding of the practice.
In 2023, she decided to deepen her practice further by completing a 75-hour Jivamukti teacher training. Then in 2025, she fulfilled a long-held dream by completing the full 300-hour Jivamukti teacher training.
For her, yoga is not something we do — it is who we truly are. It doesn’t begin or end on the mat; it unfolds in every moment, here and now. Asana becomes a way to enter into relationship — with the Earth, with ourselves, and with others. In the words of the Yoga Sutra: Sthira sukham asanam — a seat that is steady and joyful. For her, this is what human connection can be: grounded, yet soft. Strong, yet kind.
Her teaching is shaped by a commitment to compassion and the freedom of all beings. She sees yoga as a transformational path — not just personal, but collective. From this perspective, what is best for the Earth and all beings is always what is best for ourselves.
Alongside teaching yoga, she runs a private practice in integrative health and vegan coaching. Her background includes systemic coaching, massage therapy, and trauma-sensitive methods — all part of the same intention: to accompany people with clarity and care on the path inward.
