Growing up in Pennsylvania, Tiffany was first introduced to the asana practice in a high school gym class, which sparked an interest in learning more about the other practices and philosophy of Yoga. Later, she tried various styles of yoga at numerous studios and gyms but never stuck with any of them, because each one seemed like it was missing something. In 2008, a friend suggested that Jivamukti may have everything she was looking for. From her first class, she knew she was in the right place and completed the 300-hour certification in 2017. In 2018, she completed the 800-hour apprenticeship with Jules Febre, her teacher since that very first Jivamukti class ten years before.
Tiffany is deeply grateful to Sharon Gannon and David Life for creating the Jivamukti method and to Jules Febre, Julie Kirkpatrick, Jessica Stickler, Martyna Eder, and Rima Rabbath for their constant support and continuous guidance.
