Tina / Ma Tejo Anand was born in Germany. After studying Languages, Tourism, Physical Education, Pre- and Post Natal Training and Yoga, she lived and worked in Greece, Costa Rica, USA, Switzerland, on Cruise ships, Kuwait and till today in Italy. She is the owner of Live Love Laugh Yoga in Catania, Sicily. Tina is deeply grateful for every teacher and student, her family, and friends who have come into her life and have been guiding her on her spiritual path and helped her to nurture and share her passion for ancient Yoga Philosophy and a harmonious Life.
