Valeria was born in Chile, currently living in Sydney, Australia. She crossed the Pacific ocean after she graduated as Fashion designer. Her passion for clothing was discovered when she realised that they can be use as a media to communicate the unique person is inside each and everyone. Her main source of inspiration has always been nature, customs and graphics from ancient cultures. She is the creator of Yogitown, a label inspired in yoga philosophy, which intention is to promote the happiness and freedom of all beings. Valeria hosts clothing swaps, where recycle, up-cycle, mending and caring for our wardrobe is encouraged. She completed the 300hrs Jivamukti teacher training in India, 2016. Val’s established yoga practice allows her to understand that everyone has different rhythm for learning a new skill, currently she teaches sewing and natural dye.
