Originating from Russia, movement and mindfulness have always played an important role for Valeriya. At the age of 17 she started with Iyengar practice and from that moment yoga was present always in her life in one form or another.

Valeriya is a 375h certified Jivamukti teacher and is happy to share the method in her teachings while also maintaining Ashtanga practice.

Both dynamic and soothing, Valeriya’s teaching style is inclusive for new and advanced students and can be amended according to private needs. Her classes are rooted in respect for the tradition as well as anatomical nuances.

Valeriya is based in Geneva, Switzerland and is aimed at developing a Jivamukti community there.
