Vineta started practicing yoga in 2010 and obtained International Yoga Alliance certificate (200h) at the Baltic School of Yoga Gundega in 2012.

Shortly afterwards Vineta tried Jivamukti yoga while visiting New York City. The first jivamukti class with teacher Rima Rabbath left a meaningful impression – a combination of spiritual teaching, uplifting music and intense asana deeply inspired Vineta and since then she had desired to study this yoga method.

In 2016 Vineta took Jivamukti Teacher Training at Omega Institute (NY, USA) and has been very grateful to learn from such teachers as Sharon Gannon, David Life, Camilla Veen, Emma Henry and Jill Janaki Abelson. Vineta has been appreciating on-going support from the entire Jivamukti teachers’ community during her further growth.

Currently Vineta is teaching Jivamukti yoga at yoga studio Vinyasa in Riga, Latvia.
